We are happy to have received funding from the Human Dynamics Center at the University of Würzburg and the Universitätsbund Würzburg. This enables us to cover most meeting-related costs. We would also like to thank VTplus for their sponsorship and the XR HUB Bavaria for their support.
We are trying to keep the costs for you to participate as low as possible so that it is inclusive also for students and early career researchers. The registration fee will mainly be used to cover catering. Unfortunately, we had to slightly increase the fees compared to our first calculation.

The fees includes drinks and snacks during the coffee breaks, lunch and a flying buffet during the social event in the Hoch3.

For participants paying the full and the reduced fare, catering during the conference and food at the social event in the Hoch3 are included; beverages have to be paid individually. Food and beverages for the first evening (Restaurant "Alter Kranen") are not included.

Participants who want to attend only the scientific part of the XR meeting without the social event and without lunch may purchase a "visiting" ticket.
